Healing Breathwork: Connect to Your Core Values | Robin Bruce

Healing Breathwork is a practice that uses the breath to release emotions that can get stuck in the body. The whole practice is done lying on the back.

Robin Bruce is a certified Level 4 breathwork healer through David Elliot since 2016. She is also an ERYT – 200hr yoga teacher with two 200-hr certifications in Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. Her master’s in Religious Studies from Naropa University informs her healing practice, which focuses on compassion, creativity, and self-love as gateways to healing.

This month’s breathwork practice will center on building a relationship with your breath and connecting to your core values. Together, we’ll reflect on questions like: What do you believe in? How do your actions align with your beliefs? Through discussion and breathwork, you’ll clear what’s in the way of living those values and bring in fresh energy to support your vision.
